Here is how to register for a class
OR: Call Institute of Mosaic Art at 510-437-9899 to confirm that there is still space in the course you are interested in.
THEN: If there is space available in the class you can register by phone with Visa or Mastercard OR download the following registration form:

Print and fill out the form, then send it in with your CHECK or MONEY ORDER made out to "Institute of Mosaic Art":

Students are confirmed in a class when full payment has been made.
If there is a separate MATERIALS FEE listed in the course info, you will pay this to the instructor on the first day of class.
Class registration is on a first come first served basis.

If you are registering for an all day class, we suggest you bring a LUNCH with you. There are restaurants nearby, but most students find it easier to stay on site (we have fridge & microwave and we always have coffee ;-)
