Founded in 2005, Institute of Mosaic Art is a world-class mosaic education and resource center offering students expert instruction in the mosaic arts in a fun and welcoming environment. We are the largest mosaic education center in the United States, offering the widest range of programming in the mosaic arts.
IMA is located in Oakland, California's Jingletown Arts District and is part of the Bay Area's thriving art scene as well as being a premier destination for mosaic students, visitors and instructors from around the world.
