Cancellation Policy

Institute of Mosaic Art, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class. If the Institute of Mosaic Art, LLC has to cancel a class you will receive the option of a full refund or credit for another class; it is your choice.

If you withdraw from a Weekend Format or Multi-Week Class (non visiting artist):

At least ONE WEEK - (7 days) or more, before the first day of class:
Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.
6 to 4 days before the first day of class:
Receive a CREDIT towards a future class, minus a $25 processing fee.
3 days - (72 hours) or less, before the first day of class:
No refunds or credits will be given.

If you withdraw from a Week-long Intensive or Visiting Artist course of any length:

At least TWO WEEKS - (14 days) or more before the first day of class:
Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.
13 to 8 days before the first day of class:
Receive a CREDIT towards a future class, minus a $25 processing fee.
7 days or less before the first day of class:
No refunds or credits will be given.

PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future class, there must be space available, and you must call Institute of Mosaic Art to register and send any additional class fees.
The above policies apply to class credits.
