Institute of Mosaic Art, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class. If the Institute of Mosaic Art, LLC has to cancel a class you will receive a full refund or credit for another class-your choice.
If you withdraw from a weekend format or multi-week class:
One week (7 days) before start of class:
Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.
6 to 3 days before the start day of class:
You can receive a CREDIT towards a future class, minus a $25 processing fee.
3 days (72 hours) before start day of class:
No refunds or credits will be given. Sorry, but we do turn many students away for lack of spaces.
If you withdraw from a week-long intensive or visiting artist course of any length:
TWO WEEKS (14 days) before the first day of class:
Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.
(Many students come in from out of town and need advance planning to make or cancel a ticket.)
13 to 7 days before week long:
You can receive a CREDIT towards a future class, minus a $25 processing fee.
7 days before a class or less:
No refunds or credits will be given. Sorry, but we do turn many students away for lack of spaces.
PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future class, there must be space available, and you must call Institute of Mosaic Art to register and send any additional class fees.
All class credits must be used within one year of time credit is issued.
The above policies apply to class credits and gift certificates as well.
